CNLU takes pride in maintaining a balanced gender ratio that has persistently improved, from 69:31 in 2017-18 to 55:45 in 2022-23. The positive trend shows our dedication to providing an inclusive educational environment regardless of gender. This participation has enriched the learning environment and has contributed on a holistic level to legal education.

Along with this, CNLU offers participation of students from all over India. From Assam to Gujarat and Tamil Nadu to Haryana. The demography is in itself an awe and respect for Bihar, the land of Buddha. This multicultural atmosphere offers varied perspectives pouring in for an enriched classroom discussion, an environment that is not to be missed. In addition to that, the university actively ensures inclusive policy implementations for students from different socio-economic backgrounds, states, and cultural traditions in building not just a support system, but a family at CNLU.
