Ms. Nandita S. Jha has joined as Teachers Associate in Faculty of Law, Chanakya National Law University, Patna in January 2014. She has done her B.A.LL.B (Hons) from Hidayatullah National Law University in 2010. She has worked in an Infrastructure Company as Legal Officer for a year before going for her master’s degree. She has done her Masters in Corporate Law and Criminal Law. Her specialisation subjects are International Trade and Investment, Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate and Securities Laws. Before joining CNLU she was working as Faculty in NIMT College, affiliated to CCSU University, U.P. She has attended many National & International Conferences & has presented research paper in many of them. She also has some national publications and workshops to her credit. She has extensive internship experience in all areas of the legal industry. Her areas of academic interest include World Trade Law, Corporate & Competition Law and Intellectual Property Rights.

She is also discharging her duties as Assistant Warden to the Girls Halls of Residence. She is also UGC Coordinator and Special Officer to Vice-Chancellor’s Office. She was member of Organising Committee in COMMONWEALTH MOOT COURT COMPETITION (FOR INDIA, BANGLADESH, PAKISTAN & SRI LANKA) 2014 hosted by CNLU, Patna.
