Mr. Abhijeet Kumar is a Lecturer at Leicester Law School in the University of Leicester (UK). Mr. Abhijeet has completed his B.A., LL.B. (Dual Hons. Political Science and Intellectual Property Laws) from the National Law University Odisha, and LL.M. (Intellectual Property Rights) from National Law University Jodhpur. He is pursuing his Ph.D., from Queen Mary University of London. Mr. Abhijeet has published a book titled “Complete Guide to Valuation of IP Assets: With Discussion on Managing, Auditing and Taxing Ips” published by Thomson Reuters in 2020 and has several chapters in books and peer-reviewed articles to his credit. Before joining University of Leicester, Mr. Abhijeet was a Teaching Fellow at Queen Mary University of London, where he had taught different undergraduate and postgraduate IP modules and contributed to different energy law modules at a postgraduate level. Earlier he had also worked as an In-house Counsel for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, A Government of India ‘Maharatna’ Undertaking, and practising law before courts in India.

Mr. Abhijeet Kumar has visited Chanakya National Law University, Patna and offered an Elective Course on Fundamentals of Energy Law.
