Tulika Singh serves as an Assistant Professor of Law at Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Law at CNLU. She holds a LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar. Prior to her current role at CNLU, she was serving as an Assistant Lecturer at the O.P Jindal Global Law School (JGLS).
Ms. Singh has contributed to the academic field through several research papers published in reputed National and International journals, with a focus on Witness protection, Cyber security, Digital consumer privacy, and the Justice delivery system in India. Additionally, she has also delivered paper presentations on the issue of Witness protection at International conferences. Her academic and professional pursuits are complemented by her involvement in moot courts, parliamentary debates, and legal aid initiatives, reflecting her dedication to both legal education and public service.
