Vishwam Prakash is a scholar with a diverse background. He holds an LLM degree from NLSIU, Bengaluru, and a BA LLB from GGSIPU, Delhi.
His academic journey has been enriched by practical experiences, including internships at the Alternative Law Forum in Delhi, various law firms, and the office of the Additional Solicitor General. Additionally, he has worked closely with a judge of the Patna High Court and the Bihar Legal Services Authority.
His LLM dissertation, titled “Predatory Capitalism: A Structural Analysis of the Gig Economy in Conflict with Labor Rights,” reflects his commitment to understanding labor dynamics in the modern economy.

Vishwam’s research interests lie at the intersection of law, society, and philosophy. He has authored several papers on topics such as Sedition and Women’s Entry to Religious Places. Recently, he focused on the plight of gig workers during his tenure at ALF.
His core interests lie in the field of Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Environmental Laws and Criminology. Beyond legal scholarship, Vishwam has a keen interest in Indology and Philosophy, which further enriches his academic pursuits.
