Dr. P. P. Rao, faculty of International Law, having experience of 13 years in teaching is presently associated with Chanakya National Law University, Patna. He completed his Ph.D. in Seed Law entitled “Law and Policy of Seeds in India: A Critical Study”, and having expertised in the fields of Private International Law, International Trade Law, Public International Law (Peace) and Human Rights Law, he has been teaching the same at CNLU for the past 6 consecutive years.

Before taking up teaching as a career Dr Rao worked as an editorial member of Indian Express group of Publications. Dr Rao is presently looking after the publications of CNLU Law Journal as faculty advisor. He is also member of Moot Court committee and Faculty Advisor MUN Society of CNLU. He has guided about 30 LL.M. scholars in completing their dissertations on various subjects/topics.
